About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. This includes preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and sales support, requiring you to anticipate team needs, keep the department shop-ready, and help create positive customer experiences during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
Welcome and assist customers, build customer relationships, and share product information.
Maintain a shoppable fragrance department by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
Support sales transactions and the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes.
Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their business.
Collaborate with colleagues and work toward sales goals and individual and store results.
