About The Position

The Beauty Consultant provides clients with a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience. The role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques and using product knowledge to enhance and enrich clients’ lives. The consultant approaches clients to understand how to provide a rewarding experience, keeps current on products, techniques, and beauty trends, and supports merchandise presentation and availability in assigned areas.

This position is with JCPenney at Victoria Gardens. The stated pay range is USD $18.50 to USD $23.13 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
• Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay up to date on beauty trends.
• Participate in activities in assigned areas to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
• Model strong beauty business values and culture.
