About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports merchandise movement and placement, visual presentation, and the day-to-day operation of the sales floor. The role helps keep merchandise displays organized and shoppable, maintains accurate pricing and promotional signage, replenishes merchandise, and supports merchandise moves. Associates also provide a welcoming customer experience by greeting customers, listening to their needs, offering product guidance, and sharing loyalty program benefits. They collaborate with colleagues across departments to support sales goals, maintain the department, and prepare it for the next business day.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Execute merchandise movement and placement strategies and support merchandise moves.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and shoppable sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Support visual merchandising by updating mannequins, resetting floor layouts, and aligning presentations with company directives.
- Update pricing and promotional signage and replenish merchandise.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, and provide assistance and product guidance.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to process transactions and support the customer experience.
- Work with colleagues across departments to support sales goals and elevate the customer experience.
- Restock and reorganize the department and prepare the space for the next business day.
- Participate in sales-boosting events and work toward daily sales goals.
