About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports store operations by managing merchandise and inventory in the stockroom, fulfilling customer orders, replenishing the sales floor, and helping the sales team maintain product availability. The role contributes to a well-organized, efficient store and helps deliver positive customer experiences. The required availability is 6:00 AM–11:00 AM. The associate must follow company policies and standards for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness, and perform other duties as directed by management. Retail experience is preferred but not required. The position requires authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship. Compensation is $15.50–$16.00 per hour; the stated compensation is specific to the location and may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.

Frequently lift up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds; push or pull up to 20 pounds.
Ability to climb ladders, reach, and bend.
Able to work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas.
Use a computer for up to 60% of the workday.

Responsibilities

Unload, sort, and process freight shipments; manage merchandise flow from trucks to the stockroom and sales floor.
Pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online orders for in-store pickup and orders shipped directly from the store.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and help ensure products are easy for store staff to locate.
Work with sales associates to maintain product availability and communicate information about new arrivals and stock levels.
Follow company policies and standards for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Perform other duties as directed by management.
