Seasonal Retail Support Associate
About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Support Associate supports store operations by managing freight and inventory, fulfilling customer orders, maintaining an organized stockroom, replenishing the sales floor, and supporting sales associates with product availability and stock information. The role helps ensure the store is prepared to deliver a strong customer experience and follows company standards for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness. Availability is required during the 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. time window. This seasonal position pays $15.00–$15.50 per hour; compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 50 to 85 degrees, especially in stockroom areas.
- Use a computer for up to 60% of the workday.

Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and process freight shipments, managing merchandise flow from the truck to the stockroom and sales floor.
- Pick, pack, and process customer orders, including online orders for in-store pickup and orders shipped directly from the store.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and help the store team locate products.
- Communicate with sales associates about new arrivals and stock levels to support product availability and customer service.
- Follow company policies and standards for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as directed by management to support store success.
