Seasonal Retail Support Associate
About The Position
As a Stockroom Associate at Duluth Trading Company, you support store operations by organizing and managing merchandise so the store can provide customers with a strong service experience. You process freight, fulfill customer orders, keep the stockroom organized and safe, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and communicate with sales associates about product availability and new arrivals. You also follow company safety, merchandising, and cleanliness policies and perform other duties as directed by management. The role requires standing or walking for up to eight hours a day; frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand-to-finger motions; lifting up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally; and pushing or pulling up to 20 pounds. The work may involve climbing ladders and working in temperatures from 50 to 85 degrees, particularly in stockroom areas. A computer may be used for up to 60% of the workday. Compensation is $15.00–$15.50 per hour. The company offers a 40% employee discount.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and process freight shipments and manage merchandise flow from the truck to the stockroom and sales floor.
- Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders, including in-store pickup and orders shipped directly from the store.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom.
- Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and help the store team locate products.
- Collaborate with sales associates by communicating about new arrivals and stock levels and maintaining product availability.
- Follow company policies and standards for safety, merchandising, and cleanliness.
- Perform other duties as directed by management.
