As a Fulfillment Colleague, you help create a seamless, personalized shopping experience for omni-channel customers. The role combines sales-floor engagement with back-of-house fulfillment, including selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders, and assisting with in-store and curbside pickup. You greet customers, resolve issues professionally, and help ensure positive interactions while supporting sales, customer loyalty, and store operations. Daily work may include reviewing goals and learning about products and promotions; receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise; assisting customers and fulfilling orders accurately; recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms; updating signs and pricing; restocking and moving merchandise; sharing loyalty program benefits; completing orders; and organizing the stockroom. Colleagues support one another through collaboration, aim to meet sales goals, and continually learn and improve. Schedules include weekend shifts, with hours dependent on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled 30 or more hours weekly; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours weekly. The job involves frequent standing, moving, lifting, reaching, and talking. Colleagues must be able to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 30 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level. The role also requires close and color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.
