About The Position

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. This role supports store operations by processing freight, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, managing merchandise through inventory systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent handling of merchandise. The listed pay range is $18.85–$19.65 per hour; offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching; frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkward items, including reaching and lifting above the head; regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds; and frequently lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
