About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports timely, accurate customer order fulfillment and shipping while maintaining inventory controls and organized store areas. The position also provides general store support, including preparing for special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Be able to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequently use hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
For stock/logistics work, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders in accordance with quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments following inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
