About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include receiving and processing freight and merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and use of hands for grasping and manipulation. Employees handle bulky items and lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds on occasion. The listed hourly pay range is $18.90–$19.70; pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
