About The Position

The Retail Fulfillment role supports store operations by fulfilling, preparing, and shipping customer orders according to quality standards. The position also uses inventory management systems to process and research merchandise shipments, helps keep selling floors and stockrooms clean and organized, and provides general store support such as setting up events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating fixtures. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to outstanding customer experiences.

Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Ability to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching overhead to lift them.
Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
