About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The role includes receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The position involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift and frequent handling of merchandise, including bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and lifting. The hourly pay range is $17.70–$18.40, with pay depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements based on factors such as location, job level, classification, and length of employment.

Ability to regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
