About The Position

The ideal logistics processor is independent, motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. This role receives and processes merchandise, fulfills customer orders, supports inventory control, helps maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms, and provides general support to the store. The position is seasonal and based in Aventura. The work involves continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching, and frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling. The employee handles bulky and awkwardly shaped items, regularly lifts items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds, and frequently lifts and carries up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The stated pay range is $17.70–$18.40 per hour. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Responsibilities

Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner while following quality standards.
Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, completing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
