About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The position involves receiving and delivering merchandise, processing and shipping orders, using inventory systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. Applicants should be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Able to remain in continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
• Ability to regularly lift items up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight, unpack merchandise, and deliver newly arrived items to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders promptly while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments according to inventory control processes.
• Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general store support, including setting up special events, organizing the backroom, processing markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
