About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Stock & Fulfillment role supports store logistics and customer order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is independent, motivated, results-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. This position involves receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling and shipping customer orders, using inventory management systems, maintaining organized sales floors and stockrooms, and providing general store support. The role has physical demands that include sustained movement and handling, lifting, and carrying merchandise. The stated pay range is $16.00–$16.65 per hour; pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements

- Meet the physical requirements of continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift; frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, reaching, and hand use; handling bulky or awkward items; regular lifting up to 10 pounds, occasional lifting up to 25 pounds, frequent lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
- Fulfill customer orders promptly and according to quality standards.
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to quality, packing, and shipping standards.
- Use inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes.
- Help maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
- Provide general store support, such as setting up special events, organizing the backroom, handling markdowns, and relocating store fixtures.
