About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about each customer’s needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect customers with suitable products and services. You work on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals, and help build customer trust and loyalty. The role is focused on selling and customer service, not solely cashiering. You help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, you welcome and engage customers, maintain merchandise and displays, process damages and vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. You share loyalty program benefits and provide a helpful, sincere farewell. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
