About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You may work on the sales floor or in the fitting room, and help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and keeping current on trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships, maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise and processing items, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
