About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. They engage customers with friendly, personal conversations; maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; support merchandise moves; share loyalty program benefits; and work collaboratively with teammates. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
