About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services on the sales floor or in the fitting room. You use product knowledge and customer engagement to achieve sales goals, build trust, and inspire loyalty. The role also involves maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shopping space. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top sellers, trends, and promotions, and getting the sales floor ready. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable environment by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers and selected merchandise for return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another, collaborate, and work to improve while delivering individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
