Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Victoria Gardens
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised and fully stocked space while supporting the sales team on the sales floor and behind the scenes. Duties include preparing products, restocking displays, assisting with transactions, and keeping the department ready for customers during the busy season. The position combines customer service and operational support, requiring flexible team players who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers, engage in friendly conversations, and build customer relationships.
- Merchandise new receipts and maintain a shoppable space.
- Process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you at the end of the interaction.
- Support colleagues with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Work toward sales goals, take pride in work, and learn from colleagues to contribute to individual and store results.
- Assist with transactions using a cash register and other technology.
