Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Victoria Gardens
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space and support the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and operational support, requiring attention to detail, hospitality, and the ability to anticipate team needs and keep the department ready for customers during the busy season. Colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and engage customers with friendly, personal service. They maintain a shoppable space, support merchandise processing and moves, update signs and pricing, and share Loyalty program benefits. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and customer-ready fragrance department.
- Prepare products and restock displays while supporting the sales team on the floor and behind the scenes.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations and relationships.
- Merchandise new receipts and process damages, testers, and selected merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit.
- Collaborate with colleagues to support customers and achieve individual and store results.
- Assist with transactions, including using the cash register.
