About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the sales floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, assisting with transactions, and anticipating team needs so the department stays ready for customers during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
Resourcefulness, eagerness to start a new venture, and adaptability to changing priorities.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.
Ability to perform the listed physical requirements, including lifting at least 25 pounds and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and a cash register, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

Help maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and shoppable sales floor.
Welcome customers, make eye contact, and build friendly, personal conversations and customer relationships.
Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
Merchandise new receipts, process damages and testers, and prepare selected merchandise for return to vendors.
Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
Assist with customer transactions and share loyalty program benefits.
Ensure customers have what they need and thank them sincerely at the end of their visit.
Collaborate with colleagues and support the team with honesty, care, and flexibility.
Work toward sales goals, take pride in work, and learn from colleagues to support individual and store results.
