About The Position

As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, assisting with transactions, anticipating team needs, and keeping the department ready for customers during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
Resourcefulness and adaptability to changing priorities; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers.

Responsibilities

Help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise to return to vendors.
Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, thank them sincerely, and, when appropriate, walk packages around and use the customer’s name.
Support colleagues through honesty, care, and collaboration.
Work toward sales goals, take pride in the work, and learn from colleagues to support individual and store results.
Assist with register transactions and use handheld equipment, cash registers, computers, and other technology needed for job functions.
