The Seasonal Recruiter will report to the Lead, Talent Acquisition, and serve as a key recruiting partner supporting high-volume hiring initiatives across 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. operations in Ohio, Illinois, and other locations as business needs require. This is a seasonal Talent Acquisition position responsible for executing full lifecycle recruiting activities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment during peak operational periods. The Seasonal Recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and operational leadership to attract, engage, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working within applicant tracking systems and other recruiting technologies, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
