About The Position

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports the operations team during the holiday season, helping enhance the client experience through accurate and timely merchandise handling and operational execution. The role reports to an Operations Manager and requires following safety procedures across the receiving dock and other work areas. The position requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves physical tasks such as standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting or carrying up to 35 pounds.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
Complete daily inventory control operations.
Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
