About The Position

The Seasonal Operations Associate works with the operations team to support the client experience during the busy holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role focuses on completing operational assignments safely and effectively. Responsibilities include processing inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and following safety procedures. The position requires flexible scheduling based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The role is seasonal and part-time.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
Complete daily inventory control operations.
Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
