About The Position

As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team during the holiday season and help enhance the client experience. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will execute assigned operations tasks with a people-first mindset and ensure exceptional execution. The role involves preparing inbound merchandise for the selling floor, preparing outbound shipments, conducting inventory control, completing price changes, and following safety procedures.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
Complete daily inventory control operations.
Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
