About The Position

The Seasonal Operations Associate works with the operations team to support the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role helps execute assignments with a people-first mentality. Duties include receiving and preparing merchandise, shipping items to clients or other facilities, maintaining inventory controls, processing price changes, and following safety procedures. The position requires at least one year of operations or warehouse experience, familiarity with retail and mobile technologies, and the ability to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. The role requires standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations.
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
