Seasonal Operations Associate PT Hours (BOH)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team in enhancing the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help execute assignments with a people-first mentality and ensure exceptional operational execution. The role involves handling inbound and outbound merchandise, performing inventory control and price changes, and following safety procedures across the receiving dock and other work areas. The position is part-time and requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Salary ranges from $17.90 to $22.39, with actual starting pay determined by location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to a client, another store, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in other work areas.
