Seasonal Operations Associate PT Hours (BOH)
About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team during the holiday season and help enhance the client experience through reliable execution of operational assignments. You will report to an Operations Manager and contribute to a people-first team focused on exceptional service. The role includes handling inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and workplace safety. The position requires a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.
