About The Position
As a Seasonal Operations Associate, you will support the operations team in enhancing the client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, you will help ensure assignments are executed exceptionally while contributing to a people-first team environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound merchandise, inventory control, price changes, and workplace safety.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
- Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
- Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
- Complete daily inventory control operations.
- Execute merchandise price changes as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures on the receiving dock and in other work areas.
