About The Position

Cherry Hill Programs is hiring a Seasonal Holiday Sales Associate to help create enjoyable Santa photo-set experiences for families. The associate welcomes and engages guests, takes photos, and helps provide memorable souvenirs while delivering warm, patient, and attentive guest service. Photography experience is not required. The role also supports smooth photo operations, uses point-of-sale and photography equipment, and helps maintain a safe and clean work environment. Associates must be available for training and required courses, work at least 20 hours per week or as needed, and have flexibility during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be able to lift and carry equipment weighing 10–25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic, and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Be comfortable greeting and working with families and children.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be able to process sales transactions and be comfortable handling cash.
• Maintain professional attire and good hygiene.
• Be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week or as needed.
• Be flexible to work peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service-industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.
• Photography experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
• Deliver excellent guest service throughout the Santa photo-set experience, helping families feel welcome and cared for.
• Work as part of a team to ensure photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
• Interact in a friendly, patient, and festive manner with children, families, guests, staff, and coworkers.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and photography equipment.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training meetings and complete required courses.
