Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Millcreek Mall - Erie
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you will help create a warm, inviting experience in Macy’s fragrance department. You will maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Duties include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. This role combines customer service and operational support, requiring team members to anticipate needs, keep the department ready for customers, and help create positive experiences during the busy seasonal period. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals and stay informed about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
- Welcome customers, make eye contact, and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them sincerely at the end of their visit.
- Collaborate with and support teammates to serve customers and communities.
- Strive to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results.
- Assist with transactions and use register technology as needed.
