About The Position

The Seasonal Commission Sales employee in Lingerie provides personalized customer service focused on fashion, fit, and styling to help customers feel confident and comfortable. The role builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, offers fitting and product guidance, and works toward sales goals. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process. The employee also collaborates with the team to keep the department customer-ready.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measure customers for size, and provide fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally using tools such as text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant training.
Collaborate with the team on filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
