About The Position

The Lingerie Commission Salesperson helps customers find intimate apparel that fits well and supports their comfort and confidence. The role provides personalized service and fit guidance, builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, and works toward sales goals. Nordstrom provides training on its bra-fitting process and offers ongoing fashion and product-knowledge training. The salesperson also collaborates with the team to keep the department customer-ready.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms, including measuring customers and providing fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve in-store and digital sales goals, using tools such as text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand-consultant training.
Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, make price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
