About The Position

The Lingerie Salesperson provides personalized lingerie sales and fitting assistance, helping customers find products that support their confidence and comfort. The role builds customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions, offers fit and style guidance, and works toward sales goals. Nordstrom provides training on bra fitting, as well as ongoing product and fashion knowledge training. The salesperson also collaborates with the team to keep the department customer-ready. Hours vary by week according to business needs; the schedule may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and event shifts. Occasional flexibility to support other departments may be required.

Responsibilities

Conduct bra fittings in fitting rooms, measuring customers and providing appropriate fit and style guidance.
Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
Achieve sales goals in-store and digitally, including through text and social media.
Stay current on fashion and product knowledge through Nordstrom and brand consultant training.
Collaborate with the team to fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
Work a flexible schedule based on business needs and occasionally support other departments.
