About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for the flow of new merchandise for the CHANEL Beaute brand, fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed. The role supports shipment processing, merchandise replenishment, inventory, stockroom upkeep, and store readiness while providing customer service and collaborating with colleagues and managers. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform the physical tasks described for the position.
• Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Complete the general shipment process according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with moving case-line assortments for new products and seasonal changes.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Participate in inventory processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization, housekeeping, and upkeep.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Follow shortage programs and receiving procedures.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect to strengthen relationships and authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
