About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague supports the flow of new merchandise for the brand and completes related operational tasks and fulfillment duties. The role includes processing and replenishing merchandise, maintaining stockroom and sales-floor readiness, supporting inventory and shipment processes, and providing customer assistance. This is a seasonal position at CHANEL Beaute in Glendale Galleria.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of lifting, moving, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers who use devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional service to digital and in-store customers, partnering with others when needed.
• Complete the general shipment process according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with moving case-line assortments for new products and seasonal changes.
• Assist with replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Perform other operational and fulfillment duties as needed.
