About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand, fulfillment, and other operational duties as needed. The role supports shipment processing, floor readiness, replenishment, inventory, stockroom upkeep, and merchandise transfers and returns. It also includes customer assistance and maintaining a clean, easy-to-shop store environment. The position is seasonal and based at CHANEL Beaute in Northridge Fashion Center.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and perform the physical activities described for the role.
• Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers who are using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Complete general shipment processes according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with movement of case line assortment for new products and seasonal changes.
• Assist with replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization, housekeeping, and upkeep.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
