About The Position

The Seasonal Beauty Stock Associate, identified in the posting as a Vendor Paid Stock Colleague, is responsible for functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand, fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed. Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.

• Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional service to digital and in-store customers, making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Complete general shipment processes according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with movement of case-line assortments for new products and seasonal changes.
• Assist with replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Follow Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Perform fulfillment and other operational duties as needed.
