About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand, including fulfillment and other operational duties as needed. The role supports stock and inventory operations while helping maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment. The position is seasonal and is located at CHANEL Beaute, Fresno Fashion Fair.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and/or holiday hours.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds; stand for at least two consecutive hours; and perform frequent moving, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers who are using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, making appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Complete the general shipment process according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with movement of case line assortment for new products and seasonal changes.
• Assist with replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment and high customer-readiness standards.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory-control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships and supports authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Perform fulfillment and other operational tasks as needed.
