About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand, fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed. The role supports shipment processing, floor readiness, stock replenishment, inventory, stockroom organization, merchandise processing, and customer service. The position is seasonal and is based at CHANEL Beaute, Santa Ana Mainplace.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and meet the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, partnering with others when necessary.
• Complete the general shipment process according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with movement of case line assortment for new products and seasonal changes.
• Assist with replenishing stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Participate in stockroom maintenance, organization, and housekeeping.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment and high customer-readiness standards.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Adhere to Asset Protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
