About The Position
The Seasonal Beauty Stock Associate (Vendor Paid Stock Colleague) is responsible for the flow of new merchandise for the CHANEL Beaute brand, including shipment processing, replenishment, inventory, and stockroom upkeep. The role also supports fulfillment and customer service, assists with product and seasonal assortment changes, and completes other operational duties as needed. The colleague helps maintain a clean, organized, and easy-to-shop store while following asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance procedures. No education or prior experience is required.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds; stand for at least two consecutive hours; and perform frequent moving, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
- Assist customers who are using devices to shop and compare.
- Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, partnering with others when needed.
- Complete the general shipment process in accordance with productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
- Assist the CSX Manager with moving case line assortment for new product and seasonal changes.
- Replenish stock on the sales floor.
- Participate in inventory processes.
- Maintain stockroom organization, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment.
- Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
- Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Foster acceptance and respect and build authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
