About The Position

The Vendor Paid Stock Colleague is responsible for functions related to the flow of new merchandise for the brand, fulfillment, and other operational tasks as needed. The role supports the CHANEL Beaute department at Northridge Fashion Center and involves shipment processing, stock replenishment, inventory, and maintaining an organized, customer-ready store environment. The colleague also assists customers and supports both digital and in-store shopping needs.

The position requires dependable attendance and punctuality, adherence to asset protection and inventory-control procedures, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule. No education or experience is required. The role involves physical activity, including standing, moving, reaching, lifting, and using ladders, as well as frequent use of computers and handheld equipment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in POS and MPOS systems.
• Assist customers using devices to shop and compare.
• Provide exceptional customer service to digital and in-store customers, forming appropriate partnerships when necessary.
• Complete general shipment processes according to productivity standards and ensure floor readiness.
• Assist the CSX Manager with moving case-line assortments for new products and seasonal changes.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Assist with inventory processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and return-to-vendor merchandise.
• Maintain a clean, neat, easy-to-shop store environment and high customer-readiness standards.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory-control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
• Complete other operational tasks and duties as needed.
