About The Position

The Beauty Stock Associate supports CHANEL Beaute merchandise operations at Macy’s Fresno Fashion Fair. The role handles the flow of new merchandise, shipment processing, stock replenishment, inventory tasks, fulfillment, and other operational duties as needed. The colleague also helps maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store and provides customer service to both in-store and digital shoppers.

This position requires dependable attendance, adaptability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The schedule may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The role involves frequent movement and standing, lifting, reaching, and using computers and handheld equipment.

Requirements

• No education or experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourcefulness and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Ability to use computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers and process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Use POS and MPOS systems proficiently.
• Assist customers using devices to shop and compare products.
• Provide exceptional customer service to in-store and digital customers, partnering with others when appropriate.
• Process general shipments according to productivity standards and ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor.
• Assist the CSX Manager with moving case-line assortments for new products and seasonal changes.
• Replenish stock on the sales floor.
• Participate in inventory processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Process damaged merchandise, transfers, and returns to vendors.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment.
• Follow shortage programs and procedures related to receiving.
• Adhere to asset protection, inventory control, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Foster acceptance and respect in relationships with colleagues, customers, and communities.
