About The Position

As a Seasonal Barista, you will meet and interact with people from around the world while showcasing food and beverage offerings. You will help hotel guests and the local community enjoy meaningful dining experiences. This is a highly visible role that directly affects guests’ stays and provides opportunities to create lasting memories. The position is based at The Portofino Hotel, a 168-room property on the Redondo Beach peninsula with multiple food and beverage outlets, banquets, guest activities, and a 188-slip marina.

Requirements

• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Experience taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Current Food Handlers Card.
• Organization, attention to detail, reliability, and a desire to take care of others.
