This role focuses on responding to, engaging, and qualifying inbound leads and inquiries. The SDR will also engage current users to expand awareness, educate them, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence. A key aspect of the role involves effective cross-team collaboration, working closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and identify use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools. The SDR will be responsible for scheduling appointments and demos, holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email, and acting as a subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development.
