About the position
Incode is seeking a Senior Sales Development Analyst for their Sales Team in LATAM. The role involves building and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers, conducting research for lead generation, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and working closely with field sales to execute account plans. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in Spanish and English, a proven track record in lead generation, and familiarity with CRM and Sales Enrichment tools. They should also possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a passion for technology.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers to ensure a steady flow of leads for the SDR Team.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate new leads on-demand.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with overall lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with a highly experienced field sales team to define and execute Territory/Target account plans.
- Participating in corporate events and attending industry-wide conferences.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience
- Proficient in Spanish & English
- Proven track-record in lead generation/prospecting for SaaS or related industries
- Experience using CRM and Sales Enrichment tools (Apollo, Zoominfo, Bloobirds)
- Comfortable handling large databases of prospects
- Knowledgeable using social networking tools to help canvas an account (LinkedIn, Outreach, etc.)
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Sales experience prospecting into medium-to-large enterprises
- Result-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel, including internationally when it is safe to do so
- Passionate about technology
- Able to operate in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
