About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Scheduling Manager for its Hyannis, Massachusetts office. The role focuses on delivering compassionate, excellent, and reliable home health care by coordinating client services, addressing emergent scheduling issues, and managing and growing a Client Services Manager caseload. The Scheduling Manager builds relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, community organizations, and colleagues; monitors caseload metrics for effective fiscal management; and partners with Clinical Managers to supervise and support field employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records, are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals.
Ambition to grow and advance beyond the current position.

Nice To Haves

Prior medical office or home care experience.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
Coordinate client services and manage emergent scheduling issues.
