About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is urgently hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support seniors in Lee, Massachusetts, and surrounding Berkshire County communities. This family-owned home care agency helps older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is open to experienced CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, and homemakers, as well as people beginning a caregiving career. Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not always required; free caregiver training is available to qualified applicants.

Caregivers provide companionship and emotional support, assist with personal care and daily routines, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping and laundry, run errands, provide medication reminders, and observe and report changes in clients’ conditions. Care is expected to be compassionate, respectful, dependable, and attentive to client safety and confidentiality.

The position offers flexible scheduling, with 8–12-hour shifts available during the day, overnight, on weekdays, and on weekends. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Qualified new hires may earn a $250 sign-on bonus after their first 90 days if they work at least 20 hours per week and have no unexcused absences during that period. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
